Symposium: The Future of the Death Penalty
The University of Arkansas School of Law, in conjunction with the Arkansas Law Review, will host the 206-2017 Arkansas Law Review Symposium entitled The Future of the Death Penalty on Friday, October 21, 2016 8:45 a.m.-5:30 p.m. The venue is the E.J. Ball Courtroom of University of Arkansas School of Law.

Death Penalty Abolishment Bill Passed By NJ Senate
The bill passed by a vote of 8-4 on Monday, Dec 3rd and is designed to replace capital punishment with life in prison.
