Call for papers: Oil, Gas, and Energy Law Intelligence

Oil, Gas and Energy Law Intelligence invites submissions for a special issue focusing on laws regulating the Mexican energy sector and the transition that is currently taking place. The guest editor for this special issue will be Professor Owen L. Anderson (Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Energy, Law & Business, University of Texas School of Law).

Papers should be submitted by the end of February 2016.  Submit material or any questions to specials@ogel.org.

Call for Papers: Special Issue on Renewable Energy Disputes

Oil, Gas and Energy Law Journal and Transnational Dispute Management are seeking paper submissions for a joint special issue on Renewable Energy Disputes. This special issue will examine all kinds of renewable energy disputes and the basic structure of the issue will be divided into the following three categories: (1) Public International Law Disputes; (2) EU Law Disputes; and  (3) National and Subnational Law & Commercial or Contractual Law Disputes. Relevant papers, studies and comments on various aspects of these subjects, including international, regional and national disputes on various aspects of renewable energy disputes are encouraged.

Papers should be submitted to Kim Talus at kim.talus@uef.fi and info@ogel.org by January 15, 2015.

Calls for Papers: Renewable Energy Law and Policy Review

The Renewable Energy Law and Policy Review is now accepting submissions for three upcoming issues. For the issue topic of Reactions to the German “Energiewende”, submissions are due October 8, 2012. For the issue topic of Energy grids and infrastructure development, submissions are due January 7, 2013. For the issue topic of Green Jobs – how to define them, how to promote them, submissions are due April 15, 2013.

Ideal articles are 3,000-5,000 words in length.

The LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center is seeking submissions of scholarly articles and proposals for articles for publication in its inaugural issues, slated for publication in the Fall or 2012 and the Spring of 2013.
