Call for Papers: Loyola University Chicago School of Law Wiet Life Science Law Scholars Conference

The Loyola University Chicago School of Law Wiet Life Science Law Scholars Conference will be held on October 6, 2017.

Organizers invite original research submissions in the form of 750-1,000 word abstracts reflecting early or mid-stage ideas for the purpose of workshopping with other conference scholars.  The submission deadline is June 15, 2017.

Conference: Junior IP Scholars Workshop

The 2017 Junior IP Scholars (JIPSA) Workshop will be held at Gonzaga University School of Law from June 2-3, 2017.

This workshop offers a friendly and informal environment in which junior faculty can discuss their IP scholarship. If you have held a full time academic position for 7 years or less, and if your scholarship deals with IP law, then you are invited to participate in JIPSA workshops.

Call for Papers: Natural Resources Law Teachers Workshop

The University of Oklahoma College of Law invites papers for the first Natural Resources Law Teachers Workshop on July 22, 2017. The submission deadline is May 31, 2017.

The workshop’s objective is to encourage the work of scholars in the fields of natural resources law and policy. Presenters are welcome to present abstracts, partial, or full papers. The goal of the workshop will be to provide helpful feedback on works-in-progress, in addition to building relationships and increasing the sense of community among natural resources law scholars.

Call for Proposals: Intellectual Property Scholars Conference

The Intellectual Property and Information Law Program at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law will host the 17th Intellectual Property Scholars Conference on August 10-11, 2017 in New York, NY.

IPSC 2017 will accept presentation requests on all IP-related topics, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, design patent, trade secret and right of publicity. All presenters and attendees are requested to remain for the entire conference.  Submissions to present or to attend are due by May 12, 2017.
