Call for Papers: Roy Palmer Civil Liberties Prize

Entries will be accepted through July 1, 2016 for the Chicago-Kent College of Law/ Roy C. Palmer Civil Liberties Prize, a scholarly writing competition that honors an outstanding article or book on a topic exploring the tension between civil liberties and national security in contemporary American society.  The winner will receive a cash stipend of $10,000.
