Symposium: ADR and the Young Lawyer

New York Law School and the Business Law Section of the ABA will host the Second Annual Symposium on Alternative Dispute Resolution and its importance in the evolving careers of young attorneys on January 29, 2016 at the New York Law School.  Panels will address how competence in the skills of principled negotiation, client representation in mediation, and the transactional and advocacy skills of arbitration can distinguish young attorneys in a crowded marketplace and add value to clients.
