The University of San Francisco Law Review hosts a symposium Jan. 29, 2016, entitled Housing for Vulnerable Populations and the Middle Class. Topics will include the history and extent of the housing crisis, the effectiveness of existing laws, and proposed laws and ideas to address the housing crisis.
