Symposium: Constitutional Challenges to FDA Law & Regulation

The Food and Drug Law Journal (Food and Drug Law Institute and Georgetown Law) symposium, Constitutional Challenges to FDA Law & Regulation, will be held Oct. 30, 2015, at Georgetown Law.  This academic symposium is presented by the Food and Drug Law Institute, Georgetown University Law Center, and the O’Neill Institute for National & Global Health Law.  Papers presented will engage cutting-edge constitutional issues, including the First Amendment and federal preemption of state law.  Papers will be available to registered attendees in advance, and are planned for publication in the Journal’s upcoming Symposium issue.
