Conference: Empirical Patent Law

The University of Illinois College of Law hosts the Empirical Patent Law Conference on Oct. 9, 2015.   The conference will bring together a diverse mix of scholars in patent law, economics, and policy.  Each scholar will employ advanced empirical techniques to confront a research question of particular relevance to patent policy.
