Conference: Creativity Without Law

Case Western Reserve University School of Law’s Center for Law, Technology & the Arts will host Creativity Without Law on November 7, 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio.

This event will focus on the growing body of scholarship examining the on-the-ground practices of creators and innovators. The conference will offer important practical insights for lawyers who represent clients in creative fields and help them understand doctrinal limits on IP protection as well as the non legal considerations that shape client motivations, expectations, and business decisions.
