The Law & Economics Center’s Henry G. Manne Program in Law & Economics Studies will present its Public Policy Conference on Administration Unbound? Delegation, Deference and Discretion at George Mason University School of Law, Friday, September 12, 2014. The conference will run from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The conference will feature distinguished academics and practitioners discussing the legal limits of administrative action.
