The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland invites the submission of research- and policy-oriented papers for the 2013 Conference on Public Pension Funds to be held on November 21-22, 2013 in Cleveland, Ohio. The objective of this one and a half day conference is to highlight research and encourage a dialogue on the economic and financial market impacts of the fiscal burden on state and local governments resulting from under-funded public pension plans. The deadline for submissions is August 29, 2013. Please send completed papers or a detailed abstract by e-mail to: sjohnson@clev.frb.org and include “PUBLIC PENSION CONFERENCE” in the subject line. Final conference papers will be due on October 25, 2013.
