Call for Papers: Saratoga Institute on Racing and Gaming Law

The Program Committee of the Saratoga Institute on Racing and Gaming Law is now accepting paper submissions for the 13th annual program, to take place August 12 and 13, 2013 in Saratoga Springs, New York. It will be hosted by the Government Law Center of Albany Law School. This year’s session will focus primarily on medicine and race horses, and regulating gaming at the state level..

Abstracts should be sent to Prof. Robert Heverly, at by May 31, 2013.
