Call for Papers: 2014 AALS Annual Meeting (Section on Transactional Law and Skills)

AALS Section on Transactional Law and Skills is seeking paper proposals for its session at the 2014 Annual Meeting on the topic of “Value Creation in the 21st Century.” The session will re-examine Professor Ronald Gilson’s 1984 scholarly article, “Value Creation by Business Lawyers”, evaluate the impact of the article, and discuss the prospects for business lawyers creating value in the 21st Century.

1-2 page proposals should be submitted no later than June 7, 2013 to eric.gouvin@law.wne.edu
