The Center for Teaching Excellence coordinates book clubs throughout the semester on topics of interest to faculty members.  Spring book club choices include: “What the Best College Teachers Do” by Ken Bain; “Choke: What the Secrets of the Brain Reveal About Getting It Right When You Have To” by Sian Beilock; and “The Fall of the Faculty: The Rise of the All-Administrative University and Why it Matters” by Benjamin Ginsberg.

All book groups will take place at the Center for Teaching Excellence, 73 Tremont Street, 12th floor, unless otherwise noted.  The first meeting of each group will be scheduled after the groups are established.  If you are interested in joining a book club contact Christina DiRico at 617-573-8222, cdirico@suffolk.edu or register on-line by Friday, January 27th.  For more information, go here.
